Rotonda West is deed restricted, with limits on parking, trucks/RVs/boats are not allowed. Ordinary household pets are allowed as long as they are not a nuisance. Fences must be approved, no carports or sheds allowed. Rotonda West is built around 5 golf courses you can belong to for as little as $3500/year. Within a 3-mile radius of this property, you will find 2 more golf courses, along with an entrance to the 8-mile Pioneer Rail Trail, a public boat ramp, a marina, a private airport, the bridge to the island town of Boca Grande, and the beach at Don Pedro Island park.
