A 1.4-acre commercial property in Bradenton sold Tuesday for $930,000.
Creekwood Corp. of Georgia bought the 18,880-square-foot building and vacant parcel at 2903 W. 9th St. as an investment.
Maaco Auto Body Repair and Paint occupies nearly 90 percent of the building, while Baker Inc., a towing company, occupies the rest. Baker sold the building in a lease-back.
